The Vermont GeoCenter is hosting a Svaroopa® yoga Immersion Weekend Workshop titled Clarity, Decision & Action on October 19 & 20, 2013, in Rutland, Vermont. The general schedule for the weekend includes long morning and afternoon yoga classes, interspersed with  discussion and ample break times. If you have never attended a Svaroopa® weekend workshop before, please do consider registering for this class … it is truly a special opportunity to experience two full days of deeper yoga practice without having to travel very far or leave Vermont. The effect of doing long class after long class two days in a row is cumulative as well, bringing you into a much deeper state than you might experience in your weekly yoga class or home practice. While everyone’s experience is unique, you will most likely gain a more profound sense of Self, which will filter out into the rest of your life long after you return home. I encourage all of my students to give themselves the gift of this weekend!

The instructor for the workshop is Lissa Fountain, a Svaroopa® yoga teacher from Massachusetts with 15 years of experience in the classroom; she serves on the faculty of both Master Yoga Foundation and Svaroopa® Vidya Ashram. She has taught weekend workshops across the country since 2008.

The Vermont GeoCenter is an organization of local Svaroopa® yoga teachers who volunteer their time and efforts to bring workshops and trainings to the state of Vermont, so that their students may have an enriched experience of yoga practices. You can find more detailed information about the workshop here, with a printable brochure and complete registration information.

If you have any questions about the weekend, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Namaste!
