Vichara

Vichara is the practice of yogic self-inquiry, guided by a trained Vichara therapist.  It can be done in person, online or in a call.  Like all yoga, Vichara points you inward toward your own Self.  The process steadies your emotions and quiets your mind.  Inner answers and a deeper knowing arise. 

Deep listening is where we begin.  You are heard in a way that’s rare in life.  No matter where you start, Vichara’s gentle questions guide you deeper.  You’ll navigate below your surface reactions and fears.  The layers that block your inner clarity begin to dissolve. 

Sometimes it’s instantaneous.  Sometimes it takes a few sessions.  It depends on how long you’ve been wrestling with your mind.  The mind is tricky.  Vichara helps you to work with it, so you live with more clarity and ease.

Vichara is not psychotherapy.  It can be done in tandem, as part of a therapeutic team.
